  They had me on a month to month with autopay enabled, and one month I check my account and my monthly charge was over TRIPLED. I wasn't given any heads up of a pay change, and it completely set me on my ass. I tried canceling my insurance on the beginning on the month and get a refund due to this and they cancelled my insurance and said they'd get back to me about the refund and they haven't answered or returned my calls in two weeks.

  I really don't think I can say enough good things about Scott and his team. I ended up moving my policy to them by chance because I was living nearby when I first moved to Kalamazoo but I would say I got extremely lucky. They are very responsive to all of my questions and Scott always spends extra time to ensure we understand what is included and not included in our policies talking us through the standard recommendations for coverage and his recommendation for us but ultimately allowing us to make our final decision without pressure. I have since moved to Grand Rapids and the level of customer service they are still able to provide is impressive. When we need our yearly review, Scott meets my husband and I at my work place in GR. Any time something needs a signature, Scott travels to GR to get it from us. I highly recommend Scott and his team!
