    I obtained services from Gregory Accounting for taxes for 2 or 3 years. As I was moving out of state in 2008, due to pending job loss because of the auto industry and mortgage industry crises of 2008, I let them know that I would need to file my return late. I let them know very clearly that I knew that I would owe money because I had cashed out my 401(k) for the move, but that I had $11,000 in savings set aside for this. I was told that an extension would be filed, and that I could pay what was owed later without any warning that I should pay at the April 15th deadline. When the bill came in I found that waiting until the late filing deadline cost me an extra $7,000. When I contacted them about the error I was ignored completely.
