  I feel obligated to write this review. I went in to adopt a dog to find out that someone else was already adopting this dog. I get that stuff like this happens and was super bummed, but the kicker was when the receptionist told the woman adopting "aren't you glad I called you to let you know that someone else put in an application and was about to adopt this dog?" If the people working at this place lack the integrity to follow procedure, then who knows what other procedures are being circumvented. Beyond unprofessional and unethical.

  I had an awful experience at this place. There was a stray, small kitten roaming around our house for a couple of days. With 2 dogs and moving soon, we could not keep a cat. I posted it on Facebook and did my research and was told to call this place. I wish I would have read reviews and looked around more because the way I was treated was absolutely ridiculous. Brought the kitten there and the people working acted like I was wasting their time and that I was in the wrong for bringing a stray here. I had to force information out of them as to what would happen next and if this was indeed the place to bring stray cats because they acted like I was just an inconvenience to them all. Not only that, as I was leaving the crowded, small waiting room, a man who was picking up his dog yelled at me because I was leaving that cat to die and should feel awful about myself. Needless to say- this was an awful experience. It was all unprofessional and I think something needs to be done.

  I adopted a little man named Bailey today from cage 11. He is the best little fellow I have ever had! Their evaluation of him was right on. He is so friendly with everyone including my cats. He has fallen right into the routine of the family. I have never had a male dog before and I have come to understand the fire hydrant thing, he pees on any and all bushes, trees and shrubs he can reach. Thank you KCASE for letting me adopt such a wonderful little dog. Bailey thanks you also for taking such good care of him.
