  About four years ago, I moved 900 miles North to Kalamazoo. I lived within walking distance of Arbor Financial (ECCU at the time.), my first business contact in Michigan was made at the 1551 S. 9th Arbor. All of the staff at this Credit Union are so personable, ready to assist, and sincere when they offer to help. From the beginning to this date, I have been made to feel as though I am visiting with neighborly friends with every contact I have with them. Though this is not a personal / individual communication, I do sincerely wish everyone of the Arbor team members at the 1551 S. 9th in Kalamazoo the very best.

  Formerly ECCU, Arbor has helpful, friendly staff. The paperwork/procedures weren't always clear to customers (or staff). We got different stories on different days, but it was easy to resolve.
